14-Day Window
Request a refund within 14 days of your first delivery if you're not satisfied.
Unopened Kits
Unopened and undamaged FMD kits can be returned for a full refund.
Cancel Anytime
Cancel your subscription at any time — no lock-in, no penalties.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, please contact our team at hello@l-nutrahealth.co.uk or manage your subscription via your patient portal.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- Any remaining consultations in your current month will still be available.
- You will not be charged for any future months after cancellation.
Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Before kit dispatch: If you cancel before your FMD kit has been dispatched, you will receive a full refund for that billing period.
- Damaged or defective products: If your kit arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos for a full replacement or refund.
- First-time satisfaction guarantee: New patients may request a refund within 14 days of their first delivery if the programme is not right for them.
Returning Products
If you need to return unopened FMD kits:
- Contact our team to request a return authorisation.
- Return the items in their original, unopened packaging.
- We will provide a pre-paid return label for UK addresses.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned items.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund: opened or partially consumed FMD kits, completed dietitian consultations, and blood test services already performed. Digital platform access fees are included in your monthly membership and are non-refundable separately.
