These terms apply to all users of the L-Nutra Health website and services.
Introduction
Welcome to www.l-nutrahealth.com (the "Site"). The Site is operated by L-Nutra Health UK Ltd ("L-Nutra", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated in UK, having its registered office at 19 Leyden Street, London, England, E1 7LE.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.
"Products" means L-Nutra food and supplement products supplied as part of a Program.
"Clinical Services" means clinical oversight, eligibility assessment, monitoring, and nutritional counselling delivered by the independent healthcare provider/clinic selected by you (the "Clinic").
"Program" means the combined customer offering consisting of (i) Products supplied by L-Nutra and (ii) Clinical Services delivered by the Clinic.
"Split Payment" means the payment process whereby the total Program price is automatically split so that the Products portion is collected by L-Nutra and the Clinical Services portion is collected by the Clinic.
1. About the Site
The Site provides general information regarding personal wellness and enables users to purchase Programs.
2. Eligibility, Routing and Clinical Suitability
Before purchasing a Program, you may be required to complete an informational form. Any review by L-Nutra is administrative only and is used to route you to an appropriate Program pathway and/or Clinic. This administrative review does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a clinical eligibility decision.
Where you indicate medical conditions, relevant risk factors, medications, or other health information, clinical suitability and eligibility are assessed solely by the Clinic, which is responsible for confirming whether the Program is appropriate for you.
2.1 Healthy Users
If the user confirms that they are healthy and do not have any medical conditions, they may proceed to purchase the Program directly from the L-Nutrahealth.com website.
In this case:
- •The Products portion is sold by and collected by L-Nutra.
- •The Clinical Services portion is sold by and collected by the Clinic.
- •The purchase is processed via the Site using a Split Payment mechanism, whereby the Products portion is collected by L-Nutra and the Clinical Services portion is collected by the Clinic.
2.2 Users with Medical Conditions
If the user indicates they have a medical condition, eligibility will be verified directly by the Clinic chosen by the user.
In this case:
- •The Clinic chosen by the user is solely responsible for evaluating the user's eligibility.
- •The Clinic is fully responsible for the entire Program, in particular for the Clinical Services.
2.3 Responsibility
The clinical responsibility for the management of the Clinical Services and/or of the client lies with the Clinic chosen by the User.
The responsibility for the delivery of the Product and for the suitability of the Product for human consumption lies with L-Nutra.
3. Orders and Payments
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. When you purchase a Program, your payment is processed through the Site using Split Payment. This means:
(a) L-Nutra collects payment for the Products portion; and (b) the Clinic collects payment for the Clinical Services portion.
You may receive separate confirmations/receipts for Products and Clinical Services. Each party is responsible for its own customer service in respect of the portion it collects, and the parties will cooperate in good faith where an issue relates to both components.
4. Refunds, Withdrawals, Cancellations and Chargebacks
4.1 Allocation of refunds and chargebacks. L-Nutra and the Clinic are each responsible for refunds relating to the portion of fees attributable to their respective obligations (Products vs Clinical Services). Where a customer initiates a chargeback, L-Nutra and the Clinic will cooperate promptly. Liability for chargebacks will follow the same allocation as refunds unless the chargeback arises from the other party's breach, negligence, or regulatory non-compliance.
4.2 Statutory withdrawal right (cooling-off). Where applicable, you may have a legal right to withdraw within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase. This right may be lost or reduced if: (a) you have started receiving Clinical Services (for example, you attend a consultation or activate access to services) and you requested services to begin within the withdrawal period; and/or (b) Products have been opened, used, or are not suitable for return for hygiene/safety reasons.
4.3 Returns and refunds process. Where a valid withdrawal or refund applies, Products must be returned in accordance with the applicable returns policy and any refund will be processed within the time limits required by law.
4.4 Early cancellation. For Programs longer than one month, you may request early cancellation by giving at least thirty (30) days' notice by email to info@l-nutrahealth.co.uk. Early cancellation will take effect at the end of the then-current billing period and will stop future billings and (where applicable) future Product shipments and/or future Clinical Services appointments. Any Clinical Services already delivered and any Products already shipped/used are non-refundable, unless required by law.

The information on this Site is for general wellness purposes only and is not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

6. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Site is subject to L-Nutra's Privacy Policy. The Clinic is responsible for personal data and special category health data processed in connection with Clinical Services, in accordance with the Clinic's own privacy notices and applicable law. L-Nutra does not receive identifiable clinical records from the Clinic, except where you separately provide information to L-Nutra through the Site.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, L-Nutra shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any Programs. Except for defects in the product attributable to L-Nutra, and provided that L-Nutra Products are suitable for human consumption, the suitability of the product for persons who are not healthy is the sole responsibility of the Clinic and the user/client.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, save that consumers may also bring claims in their country of residence where applicable consumer law provides.
